In search of a deeper meaning in life since my adolescence, I started to nurture my soul through zen meditation (T. Deshimaru) and mindfulness (Village des Pruniers, Thich Nhat Hanh), while immersing myself into yoga, a path that brought me to practice and train in different types and methods (vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini, yin, nidra…).
My encounter with a Reiki master (Don Alexander) and Shamanism (in the tradition of Michael Harner/ L.Huguelit and different indigenous tribes from Central and South America – Shipibo, Huni Kuin), helped me find my voice in the world and being able to share my aspirations for a life respectful of the Living, deeply rooted in love and in balance with oneself and others.

Shamanism:
Sacred healing ceremonies and rituals facilitate the elimination of dis-ease and restore harmony and integrity to one’s mind, body, and soul.
The word "shaman" in the original Tungus language refers to a person who makes journeys to non-ordinary reality in an altered state of consciousness.
Shamanism is not a belief system. It's based on personal experiments conducted to heal, to get information, or do other things.
A Shamanic Journey is a voyage into the Soul, where we can commune with aspects of ourselves that are in pain.
It can be both of us travelling together into your soul energy, or I can go alone and bring back the information for you
Exemples of shamanic works : drums, soul retrevial, chants, physical/emotional/mental and energetic work, liberation of past memories, communication with the new soul arriving, death rituals, psychic readings
